Theo Kroese
Change works better when managers stop managing.
Biography
With his company Moving As One, Theo Kroese helps organizations to change successfully. He has more than thirty years of experience as a strategy consultant, marketing director and internet entrepreneur. Always looking for the 'secret' formula for successful change. Surprisingly, the answer is never found in structures, processes, or methodologies, but always in people and their collaboration. As such, there is no secret: the solution is always astonishingly close and apparently simple: if you find the sweet spot, change arises 'from within'. And it is always more effective, faster, and more fun than change imposed by traditional management approaches.
If you want change to be better...
According to the Tao, everything has a natural flow in and of itself. When you allow this flow to follow its natural course, harmony and growth arise. Just look at nature: it is constantly changing and will always find its balance. This principle also applies to organizations. But there, change is often slow and difficult. Managers create a lot of resistance, often unintentionally and unaware. How can you allow your organization's natural capacity for change to flourish? With humorous and moving stories, Theo takes his audiences along in a management approach that makes change easier and makes those involved feel better. He supports his wisdom with practical insights that managers can apply immediately. Theo also leads workshops, acts as a moderator, and coaches managers and entrepreneurs.
